Job Description
This is a contract role based in Gloucester but allows flexible working. The role is offering £350-£400(Outside IR35). The role is for 6 months and it is extendable. This role is for a top Global Consulting Firm.
Experiences:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform Development - Business Rules, Tables, Script Includes, Client Script, Scheduled Jobs, ACLs etc.
- ServiceNow discovery module set up, troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud discovery – Including VM, Cloud Resource, IP address discovery
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud discovery- Including VM, Cloud Resource, IP address discovery
- Experience in Cloud API to get resources from Azure and AWS
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues for cloud resource discoveries
- Knowledge is debugging pattern logs, identifying gaps in Probe trigger, detecting anomalies
- MID Server Set-Up, connectivity check, ECC queue logs troubleshooting, MID selection algorithm.
- The person should have a clear concept of data flow between ServiceNow and MID instance and cloud resources
- Experience in hands-on networking, network traffic routing, performing troubleshooting using SSH, PowerShell etc.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solutioning and Consulting skills would be appreciated
