Job Description

This is a contract role based in London (Remote for now). The role is offering £350-£400(Outside IR35). The role is for 6 months and it is extendable. This role is for a top Global Consulting Firm.

Summary of the Role/Responsibilities/Project:

  • This role is for a project with a leading music company in the media domain
  • This role has the responsibility for learning, creating, deploying, and monitoring the usage of Zendesk products
  • The Zendesk Administrator will be the primary point of contact for the business teams using Zendesk products and will support the product and specific workflows

Requirements

  • Proven abilities working with Zendesk Products and Services (Support, Chat, Guide, Explore)
  • Can clearly describe technical concepts to end users in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues pertaining to basic computer usage (Mac & PC), internet browser issues (Chrome & Firefox), email routing, internet connectivity, or other basic SaaS-related queries
  • Experience of Zendesk Administration or support troubleshooting
  • Zendesk Administrator Certification (current or expired)
  • Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of certification; however, we expect certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire if never previously acquired
  • Proven ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into application functionality
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk development SDK and API's
